1. Acceptance

By using www.gviiggstylist.com you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Products

Each Gstylist piece is hand-finished in limited runs. Colors, finishes and embroidery may vary slightly from images. Availability, sizing and final pricing are confirmed at the moment of order.

3. Orders & payment

An order becomes binding once we confirm availability and you complete payment. Until then, prices and stock are indicative.

4. Intellectual property

All content (logos, photography, designs, copy) is the exclusive property of Gstylist GVIIG and may not be reproduced without written consent.

5. Liability

Gstylist is liable only for direct, foreseeable damages arising from defective products. We are not liable for misuse, improper care, or third-party shipping incidents.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
